The analyst's take on Verra Mobility Corporation

Verra Mobility Corporation has grown revenue from $0 to $979.08M over the last 9 fiscal years, compounding about 136.3% a year. The most recent year was up 11.4%, so growth has cooled from its longer-run pace.

Net margin sits at 14%, up 10.4 points year over year. It carries about $1.03B of total debt.

At today's valuation the market is pricing in roughly -11.3% annual free-cash-flow growth — versus the 43.3% it actually delivered over the last five years, so the price is arguably undemanding against what it has already proven. The one thing worth a second look in the filings is inventory building faster than sales.
