1. Scope of service

• stockportfolio.pro provides SEC-filed financial statements, screening, charting, an AI research assistant, portfolio tracking, and related informational features.
• Except for the limited Desk permission below, the service is intended for personal and internal analysis use.
• An active Desk plan gives one named user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to incorporate individual results, analyses, and visualisations generated through ordinary use of the service into that user's own commercial research, reports, presentations, and client communications. The user must independently review the material and remains responsible for the final work.
• The Desk permission does not allow account sharing; resale or sublicensing of access to the service; offering service outputs as a standalone database, data feed, or API; bulk extraction, republication, or redistribution of raw or underlying data; or use of third-party data beyond the rights provided by its source.
• The Desk permission does not itself authorise investment advice or any other regulated activity. Users operating a regulated business remain responsible for their own registrations, supervision, disclosures, recordkeeping, and legal or regulatory compliance.

2. No financial advice

• Content, metrics, AI answers, and visualisations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• The AI assistant describes and explains; it does not recommend buying or selling anything. AI output can contain errors — verify against the underlying filings before acting.
• Any statements, recommendations, or regulated communications created by a Desk user are that user's own and are not provided, approved, or endorsed by stockportfolio.pro.
• Always perform independent research and consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.

4. Billing and paid access

• Plans, prices, and trial terms are those shown at checkout; current pricing is $24.99/month (Monthly), $199.99/year (Annual), $499.99/year (Pro, which includes the Filing Change Monitor), and $1,999.99/year (Desk). Former Pro-monthly and Power plans are retired: existing subscribers keep the rate and terms they locked at signup.
• New website registrations choose a paid plan and complete secure Stripe checkout before access is activated. The initial payment is refundable within 7 days if the service is not right for you; requesting the refund cancels that subscription. Annual, Pro Annual and professional tiers are also billed upfront at checkout.
• To request the initial-payment refund, sign in to the account that paid and use the billing refund request, or contact support@stockportfolio.pro before the seven-day window ends. AppSumo and DealMirror lifetime entitlements follow their own seller refund terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt to extract the AI system's instructions or use it for purposes other than investment research.
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt unauthorised access.
• Use of the service must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Data sources and availability

• Market and company data come from SEC EDGAR and third-party providers; news context may come from the public web with its source shown.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data.
• Features may change, improve, or be retired over time.

7. Liability and warranties

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including investment losses.

8. Suspension, termination, and contact

• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or abusive behaviour.
• You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure.
