The analyst's take on NVE Corporation

NVE Corporation has grown revenue from $28.33M to $26.33M over the last 10 fiscal years, compounding about 4.3% a year. The most recent year was up 1.8%, so growth has cooled from its longer-run pace.

Net margin sits at 57.7%, down 0.5 points year over year on a 78.7% gross margin. It returns cash through a dividend yielding about 3.83%.

At today's valuation the market is pricing in roughly 15.9% annual free-cash-flow growth — versus the 1.7% it actually delivered over the last five years, so the price already assumes a step-up from the recent record. It clears 6 of 8 deterministic health checks. Nothing in the filed statements trips our red-flag scan.
