The analyst's take on DXP Enterprises, Inc.
DXP Enterprises, Inc. has grown revenue from $962.09M to $2.02B over the last 10 fiscal years, compounding about 14.9% a year. The most recent year was up 11.9%, so growth has cooled from its longer-run pace.
Net margin sits at 4.4%, up 0.5 points year over year on a 31.5% gross margin. It carries about $818.48M of total debt.
At today's valuation the market is pricing in roughly 19% annual free-cash-flow growth — versus the -12.1% it actually delivered over the last five years, so the price already assumes a step-up from the recent record. The one thing worth a second look in the filings is heavy debt load.
