CareTrust REIT, Inc. has grown revenue from $104.68M to $476.39M over the last 10 fiscal years, compounding about 21.7% a year. The most recent year was up 60.8%, so growth is actually accelerating.

At today's valuation the market is pricing in roughly 25.3% annual free-cash-flow growth — versus the 115.9% it actually delivered over the last five years, so the price is arguably undemanding against what it has already proven.
