The analyst's take on Civista Bancshares, Inc.
Civista Bancshares, Inc. has grown revenue from $13.30M to $169.82M over the last 10 fiscal years, compounding about 58.6% a year. The most recent year was up 11.8%, so growth has cooled from its longer-run pace.

At today's valuation the market is pricing in roughly 2% annual free-cash-flow growth — versus the 6.5% it actually delivered over the last five years, so the price is arguably undemanding against what it has already proven. It clears 5 of 7 deterministic health checks. The one thing worth a second look in the filings is share count rising (dilution).
