The analyst's take on Tyler Technologies, Inc.

Tyler Technologies, Inc. has grown revenue from $759.88M to $2.33B over the last 10 fiscal years, compounding about 15.9% a year. The most recent year was up 9.1%, so growth has cooled from its longer-run pace.

Net margin sits at 13.5%, up 1.2 points year over year on a 46.5% gross margin. It carries about $599.66M of total debt.

At today's valuation the market is pricing in roughly 7.6% annual free-cash-flow growth — versus the 13.9% it actually delivered over the last five years, so the price is arguably undemanding against what it has already proven.
