Solaris Resources Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. It focuses on exploring copper, molybdenum molybdenum, gold, lead, zinc, and silver. It owns interests in Warintza project located in southeastern Ecuador in the province of Morona Santiago, Canton Limon Indanza; and the Tamarugo project located in northern Chile. The company was formerly known as Solaris Copper Inc. and changed its name to Solaris Resources Inc. in December 2019. Solaris Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Baar, Switzerland.
