Helmerich & Payne, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides drilling solutions and technologies for oil and gas exploration and production companies. The company operates through North America Solutions, Offshore Solutions, and International Solutions segments. The North America Solutions segment conducts operations primarily in Texas.
